It is a fact that the GOP is in trouble. As a Conservative, I am disgusted by the corruption, paedophillia, lies, Corporate welfare (multi billion dollar blank checks for already rich and non taxed corporations) when the hard working, Americans are paying higher taxes and seeing the value of their dollars plummet. When people are trying to hold down two low paid jobs in the service sector, because their well paid single job in manufacturing has been outsourced overseas to China, because Bush has got the USA in SOOO much debt to them.
Now Bush cannot afford to disagree with China and had his BALLS publicly removed from him by the Chinese in the UN!
More and More Americans are seeing the reality. The Christians are waking up to the republican protection and cover up of homosexual child abuse in Congress. Yet their religious fundementalism and religious fascism is still encouraged within the republican movement.
The GOP is in serious trouble when it NEEDS the likes of Shiraz to back them up with logic SOOO tortured and convoluted that he claims that it is democrats who are against liberty and freedom and that other republican supporting people on here have said that liberals share the philosophy of Hitler???? When they decry homosexuals and yet still support the party that protected Congressman Foley and other prominent closet homesexual predators?
The GOP is in trouble.
Amazing rubbish

as unfavorable to the unfounded intolerance from the left? the two sides are in worry. The GOP is in worry because of the fact they have manged to completely bolux issues up and is becoming to be the gadget of the religious top. mutually as on the different hand the left maintains to fail to hold close certainty, besides the reality that they are commencing as much as sensible up. The GOP is in worry because of the fact they have become greater despised than the DNC and the DNC has finally began offering greater centrist applicants and much less from the some distance left. The 2004 presidential election become the DNC's for the taking, yet they controlled to lose. So between the DNC finally understanding they could desire to produce applicants that human beings could actual opt for (of direction that maintains to be to be seen in 2008) and the GOP being royal screw -ups (the DNC did not win in 2006 plenty because of the fact the GOP lost), sure the GOP is in worry.

What "unfounded hatred"? There is far more hatred coming from the left towards the right than the other way around. Hell, you people even joke about how you'd celebrate Bush's death.
Let's ask Howeird "I hate Republicans" Dean about the hate.

The symptomology of GOP failure is evident all around us, one only has to look at the mental defective known as "I hate liberals" to see just how dire the situation is for the NEOCONS, personal attacks, impersonation, and blatant disregard for their religious teachings proves that the ultra right wing of the GOP has no credibility and illustrates hypocrisy in its ugliest form. Change is just around the corner however :) America will return to the glory days of William Jefferson Clinton soon.

Not necessarily. Hatred-spewing and fear-mongering are just "business-as-usual" for the GOP. They'll even attack their own, like they did with McCain, if it serves their purpose.
To clear up one ignorant point some are making, the left-wingers are not bashing "gays", they are bashing "holier-than-thou" conservative pedophiles. There's a BIG difference.

Its the band wagon mentality.
A question was asked yesterday about not voting for Bush again.......
Ding, and there were actual people who said they would not be voting for Bush in the next election. Duh, he cant run again. You have people who have no idea what's been going on, yet they are jumping on the "I Hate Bush" bandwagon.

Don't worry too much. The American electorate is becoming aware of their tactics, and they find it unacceptable. At last!
