I am putting together a power point presentation for a friend as a birthday present...the presentation includes pictures of friends, family and pictures of her self as a teenager....I need a song to play along with the power point..does any one have any suggestions?

Depending upon the type of music you and your friend both like, and the pictures that are in the powerpoint, maybe you should try www.purevolume.com. On there you can search the charts, and see what would be suitable for her taste.

You could find songs that send a great message like a poem. Here are some songs that could work.
" I Hope You Dance" by LeAnn Womack
" You've Got a Friend" by James Taylor
" Because You Loved Me" by Celine Dion
" Bitter Sweet Symphony" it has a beautiful melody that I am sure will be great.

Legends of the Fall Soundtrack
Jessica's Theme (from man from Snowy River Soundtrack)
"Cora" from "Last of the Mohicans Soundtrack"
Depending on the age of the person your doing for, maybe you could try the Soundtrack to St. Elmo's Fire
Or maybe you could get someone to ask her some of her favorite songs/music nonchalantly.

Why not play her favorite song are parts of her Favorite songs. She will enjoy than just some songs she may not like
