Not hardly. Neither are the type to be into paraphillas and other acts of deviant sexual behavior.
The younger is just going to anger liberals with a conservative spin and spend tax dollars on a war which may not have been winable from the start.
This doesn't make him a contender for Caligula, who was a cruel cold corrupt deviant to the nth degree. Absolute power corrupted Caligula absolutely.

I wonder if he roams the streets at night raping and killing for recreation.
Or would he be more enclined to do those private sexual Gladiator things that Caligula loved. He forced men to have sex with large animals while he watched. It was well doccumented that he had men forced into a pit with lepords or gorillas and forced under pain of death to attempt to comit the horid acts.

Don't you ever talk of leaders getting assasinated or murdered! it is better that they live a solitary life and ignored for rest of their lives, and I feel that is better. Since you referred of caligula, I have appended the information.
