You won't find much on the web, they will be more than $10 once you add S&H which is usually about that much when it's a pair of shoes (the weight of them is what adds to the expense.)
Try local discount stores, TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Ross, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target, etc... While eBay and other auction sites may have some under $10, again you are looking at the S&H fees that will be tacked on and add to the price.

Dont know where you're located but here in NJ we have a store called Easy Pickin's and that store has some really cheap shoes.
Also check out payless... they have BOGO (buy one get one --half off). You could prob get 2 cute pairs of shoes for around $25!

try Burlington coat factory i just got to pairs of boots from there two weeks ago for 37 dollars the have great shoe prices.you will be guaranteed to find a pair

i think it would be easier to find shoes under ten dollars in the stores when they go on sale, since when things go on sale online, it's harder to find the colors and sizes you need. i have gotten a pair of shoes on sale for seven dollars at a store called Rainbow in Boston. they also have it in NYC.
