You don't, not unless you go through the process of converting the video back to MPEG2 and then using DVD mastering software to make menus etc...

But at this point the compression damage to the picture doesn't really make it worthwhile.

I think most software that you use an handel i if not just search for it and see where that leads you. I had never heard of it till you mentioned it.
