I work with this guy and as time has passed we've become pretty good friends. He asked me to go out on "a date" with him, I went, we both had an awesome time, nothing happened, we just had fun. I'd dying to go out again, I know I should just ask but I want to be sure he wants to go and doesn't feel pressured into it, just because I'm asking. So..last night at work, he comes by, we're talking, he makes a phone call (to this little dive bar) to make sure they are open, looks at me and tells me he's going out and didn't ask me to go with him. Before we leave work he comes by again and just stares at me, says "what?" I say "nothing"..we both smile and he leaves, says see ya tomorrow with a wink. Now, did he want me to invite myself or is he trying to get rid of me?? I'm confused! Help!

Sounds like he wanted you to go, but he also sounds like a loser. He could have just asked you on another date straight up. Why the games? I'd use caution.

Look in the world of relationships this guy is called a "player". Look he has already shown you that he does not want you around him all the time. The majority of guys would like for their lady to go places with them. The best thing to do is just leave him alone and forget about him. You do not need to be "played" any longer. The more you let him play you he will. If you show him that you are on to his silly little games, then he will move on. Let him go he is not worth the time it takes for you to glance at him or the oxygen that you will breath to waste your time to talk to him. Let him go, this guy is a "loser".
