I was unable to determine by a quick search whether or not it is still in copyright. Her first two mysteries, including The Mysterious Affair at Styles, which introduces Poirot, have lapsed out of copyright and are available online at Project Gutenberg. See link.

It may be the Murder of Roger Ackroyd, which was published a few years later, will fall out of copyright this year. Some of this depends on the laws of the country you are in.

Typically the estate of the author holds the copyright after the author's death.

I am sure that it is. A property like an Agatha Christie
seldom lapses into the public domain. Probably the estate or a blood inheritor.

i don't know if it is still covered by copyright. however, i do know that her relatives inherited the rights to her written works.
