For the spelling you have, i did find the same spelling (bobbakanosh) online where someone claims it's a type of squid stew.
Another spelling similar and turning up search results is "bubbakanosh", someone's name.
I checked the script for Wedding Crashers and non of these spellings or variations are in their so it must have been a typical Owen Improv bit. Which makes it a little harder to find out the meaning.
