Live and Let Die.
I like the combination of rock and then lite harmonies, and back to the frenzied rock again.
It's also one of the best Bond songs.

Live and Let Die mainly because it had a change in tempo not usually seen(heard?) in rock music. Being part of a Bond movie didn't hurt either.
