Get involved with something bigger than you, put some time and energy into something that will benefit someone else, You could find a church group, call someone who isn't a downer, and catch up with them, no matter what I'll pray for you. Things will get brighter the clouds will only be gray for so long, unless your up in the Pacific Northwest, then your kind of on your own, but the sun will come out someday, it will get better

call up a good friend then both go out for a couple of drinks maybe a little shopping a little guy watching then back home turn on the music and you and your friend continue to have a few more drink , and sing and dance and just be silly. if that doesn't work go take a nap and start your day over again.

I'm sorry to hear that, but it could be worse. I have an awful head cold and my throat is veryyyyyyyyyyyy sore. I went to the doctors today and she said that it was viral and I just had to suffer it out. How about that for a Monday???

Sit down comfortably, take a deep breath through your nose right down to your belly, then exhale slowly through your nose, do this five times in a row, guaranteed to make you feel better. Watching a funny show can help as well.
