If you are referring to the age of sexual consent, he can not raise the age because he has no freaking business telling the states what to do. Hes not a god damn dictator as much as he would like to be.

AoSC is a state law, not a federal law.
Perhaps we need a test about government before allowing anybody to vote. It would prevent a lot of the idiocy we have in government today.
