hello steveo! i'm not really an expert but i am obsessive about my laundry and stains drive me insane. be sure that u do not attempt to dry this shirt, keep it wet(damp) at all times until u do get the stain out. check the shirts label to see if it is safe to launder in hot and or warm water. if so, wash it in the warmest water possible. use your regular laundry detergent(just a little if u are washing this shirt by itself and i suggest that u do) then add the bleach, launder. if it comes out clean, great, if not, go to option # 2. first, fill a bucket or a small pan, whatever u can find laying around your house, with cool water. you have a couple of options in this next step as far as what u can use. try to find a spray bottle. u can use an empty bottle of any kind of spray cleaner- such as windex, lysol kitchen cleaner, etc. CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE BOTTLE IS CLEAN IF IT HAD ANOTHER PRODUCT IN IT, LIKE ANY KIND OF CLEANER. RINSE IT SEVERAL TIMES WITH WARM TO HOT WATER TO ENSURE THIS. MIXING CHEMICALS CAN BE DANGEROUS, ALTHOUGH IN THIS CASE YOUR RISK IS NOT HIGH. grab your bleach and pour it in the bottle until it is half full. finish filling it up by now adding half warm water. shake well. another option for this is to use another product. i recommend clorox oxy magic but anything made for stains may work, even clorox clean-up and grease lightning work. i have used them many times safely before. ok, spray the stain remover of your choice directly onto every affected area of the shirt & don't be stingy with it. after it is thourghly saturated with it, place it in your bucket or pan and let it soak for a few hours or over-night. the longer, the better. then, prepare to launder it again with the same procedures as option one. before u drop it into your washing machine, spray it one more time with the stain remover. this should take care of it. oh, and make sure that when u are washing it in the washing machine, to add your regular detergent(a little) and the bleach into the water.(warmest water possible) don't skip on those products b/c u are doing something differently. also remember that if u have to repeat these or any other steps, keep the garment wet or damp. i would recommend putting it back in your bucket or pan to soak between tries.

Not really. I have done that too and it is set in there pretty good. You could try bleaching it , but it didn't work for me? Just be happy to have a pink dress shirt and buy some ties to match when you are out getting a new white shirt.

Check the label - some shirts say to only use non chlorine bleach. If this is the case - your best bet would be dry cleaners. If not - you can try regular Clorox bleach in hot water - soak for about half an hour and then wash thoroughly.
Good Luck!

Try the new Ultra Bleach it is not so harsh. Do not dry shirt until the color is removed or the heat can "set It"
Sometimes it may require several washings to get it out. Let the shirt dry naturally in between.

Soak in oxyclean and water as long as you can leave it there - short of a week, of course...I usually put my husband's stuff in at least over night, starting with warm water, and just let the washer fill up enough to cover the clothes (shirt) you're soaking, then turn it off, and leave it sit till next day or so, then start it up again, add soap and whatever else you want to wash. Unlike bleach, Oxyclean won't hurt your other stuff, either.

Sodium Perborate, about 1T in a pot of boiling water, boil the shirt for 10 or 15 minutes, mixing and stiring and when you see the color come out dump it all into the sink and rinse rinse rinse with hot water, then cool then cold. Good luck. Sodium Perborate isn't highly heard of but you can find it online at chemist supply sites and at sites that specialize in refurbishing vintage clothing. I have used it for all the crazy things my kids manage to stain and it works on all but dry erase markers on fabric.

no its not going to come out but maybe you can wash it again with bleach and red stuff to make it more pink so it looks like it is the real color
