location is always a main criteria while choosing mall,as delhi getting many malls at each and every nook ..so its very hard to knows..which gonna surivive..

always consult reputed players in real estate biz and if u can't get good idea simply go for land in other regions.. such as himachal ...and haryana where development is still under nascent stage.. and investments returns are good
