YES, TRUE......

Physically - yes, without a doubt.

Mentally - feminist propaganda. Adolescent boys tend (but not always, it's just the norm) to be more "extreme". Either they are more immature, or they are far more mature than the norm. Unfortunately, it's the immature ones that often stick out and give the rest of us a bad name. As a male who can still somewhat be considered a teenager at 18 years old, I often got and still rarely get really embarrassed about the way guys my age act. That disappears soon after I see a female my age acting just as immaturely, however.

Of course, women will tell you something completely different. My mother - who actually studied this - remained unbiased, however.

yes and it holds true from pregnancy to young adulthood.

It isn't that every girl is more mature than every boy her age. Its just a general rule thing. Some boys may mature on the early side and some girls late too.

Boys and girls mature in different ways. Each child is an individual and none grow up exactly the same way. Many women think that girls mature faster, but that is only from their point of view.

It's not really a one-size-fits-all concept, because people grow up in different ways and go through different things, but generally, yes. Girls are more mature than boys by a few years.

Yes, women actually go through puberity earlier -- physically and mentally -- around 12 - 15, boys anywhere from 14 - 18.
