check to see if you have a warranty covering the repairs, or was it bought as is with no warranty ?, then check in your state with the state attourney generals offic { this is free to citizens} and see what laws apply to your situation in your state as to recourse, then see about a small claims court lawsuit against the dealer and finance company that sold you the car. also check with the bbb to see if the lender and seller are legit and or have any previous fraud cases against them, all this may help. or trade it off { have a mechanic rig the car to sound and look good and trade it, make it someone elses problem not yours. or if amount is over $10,000.00 owed file bankruptcy on the car and let them have it back, voluntarily. or if fully insured drive it into a revine deep enough to total it out , even if deemed your fault , it's still just an accident and the insurance should pay it off !

If you bought it from a Dealer read your bill of sale, you must sign to receive the car.attn to detail is needed check all stip's on contract
or if you can without a doubt prove this guy just ripped you off then I would get an attorney and nail this guy up and sue him for all.

if you brought a car used, you can try talking to the manager to purchase another vehicle that you like.otherwise you will loose thousand of dollars more.buy extended warranty if you can not afford repair expense.
