Movies: Something funny, like What about Bob
Music: something happy
Food: pick your favorite healthy foods and enjoy them (fruits, veggies, meat, dairy, etc). Try not to overindulge in treats when you're sad. A bowl of ice cream is no big deal, but when you're getting into pints at a time, that's not so good.
Book: Dave Sedaris' books. you will laugh out loud. or just go to www.mcsweeneys.net and read stuff by others like him for free.
Hobby: mine are reading, writing, making artsy stuff
Motto in Life: It's a beautiful morning!
