Off work waiting on decision wsib. Requested vacation pay from employer (help pay bills) will not pay without booking off time. (I'm not even working ) Do they have the right to do this? and if i book off time will that affect wsib claim? help i don't know what to do. gg

Vacation pay is earned so they can not withhold it. They can make you wait until the next pay period in order to pay you. And yes, when you do collect the vacation pay it will count against you for any unemployment claim. At least in this state they deducted it from the total you are allowed to collect.

I think we have to know what "wsib" is before we can give you an appropriate answer. Receiving your vacation pay, if you've earned it, could screw up this wsib thing.
