I believe that you are looking for a "sculptor" (someone who makes sculptures).
You need to be more specific. Is this sculpture going to be made out of stone? wood? How big will it be? It also depends where you live. If you are in India, and in a big city, I am sure that you can visit any shop where carved items are sold, and ask to be put in touch with someone who can help you. In Delhi, for instance, I would go to Connaught Place or Dilli Hat --two places where one often finds craftsmen themselves who sell their own goods.
If you are looking for a big sculpture, then you might want to work through an established art reseller who can put you in touch with a sculptor. I would start by emailing people at
