Things are getting really hard and simply we need money and we have $10 to our name. My cat is sick, my fiance found a lump in his "area" and we need money, and we need it fast.

Ouch- hopefully it's nothing too serious in his case. Wish I could say one of those sites was "best" - they're all awful if you're even a day late paying back- their charges & fees sometimes run 5 times the amount of the loan!! But I have a friend who managed to get loans from mypaydayloan.com and quikpayday.com last year (She later filed for bankruptcy).
But I recommend ANYTHING else- relatives, neighbors etc. - before using those places.

No real offense meant, and I "GET IT" and sympathize but NONE ARE "GOOD"
You "borrow" money you need obviously, but haven't got, to begin with, then have to "pay back" money you won't likely HAVE on the due date.
I can't know your situation and humbling as it may be, I suggest FAMILY first, and consider Fiance over PET,,,first at least.
