We came here to fulfill the purpose of life. The purpose of life is to live here. We go from here to an unknown destination. If you think everything is natural, then it is evolution, if you however think everything is unnatural, then it is creation. It makes no difference which one we believe.

Why humans are here?
We cannot tell.
What is the purpose of this life?
There is no purpose. We "live" life because our brains work that way.
There is evolution, and there is evidence to support this.
And there is creation, else how would we be here. But we cannot tell how this creation happened.
The " Grand Truth" is that we cannot tell things that have have happened way back in the past, and we cannot predict things that will happen much later in the future.

I think what confuses people is that the purpose may not be to our benefit and we like to think we are in control.
Even if you believe in the bible it is open to a lot of different interpretations. If you forget church taught religion and apply 21st century logic, the book of Genesis describes a member of a super race, far more intelligent and technologically advanced than natives of the region. He sectioned off a land and called it Eden. He produced Adam, not by natural birth. It appears Adam was fully adult of arrival. He specifically says that Eve was cloned (from Adams rib). He purposely set down parameters and boundries, both physical and intellectual 'the Tree of Knowledge' was forbidden. Adam and Eve are never the first man and woman on Earth, they are only the first in Eden. Other people lived nearby in the Land of Nod from which Abel begat him a wife so it looks like Adam and Eve were an advanced controlled scientific genetic experiment.
They had rudimentary knowledge (ROM) and the ability to acquire and hold new knowledge (RAM) and their Creator was quite anygry sometimes when the randomness and freedom aspects of his Creations caused them to go off his predicted and specified path.
Thinking about it, thinking about our lifetime compared to a mosquito, thinking about how God like we would appear if we were to travel back in time 7,000 years, isn't it possible that our only purpose is that of a scientific experiment in which we are as dispensible as any program you delete from your computer when it has been superceded.
Perhaps we have no purpose at all more than the amusement or research of whatever created us.

I believe that we came here because God put us here. Our purpose in life is to serve Him. I believe that when we die we either go to Heaven or Hell. So, I bet you can guess on my opinion about evolution or creation.

Five Q'S and at least 50 books to answer them. YOU are a hue-man being, spirit,a "BEING OF LIGHT" made it the image and like ness of GOD,your purpose is "BEING". God dwells within you as you. in the end you will merge back into the allness of GOD from whence you came. The expanding universe and evolution are the proof that GOD is still hard at work manifesting his creation.

lol u reminded me now of my friend who were always asking the same quetions since 5th grade and trying to suicide since then.... till 2 years ago... anyway....
there's 2 possible answers .... either that the human is a product of evolution..... or that god made humans just like he created everything else.... even the most recent scientists can't prove the evolution of humans....
For me i agree with the 2nd answer coz i've dealt with god a lot in my life and i know he's there.... god gave the answer to all ur questions.... this life is just a short life u'll be living comparing to the eternity life we'll al be living after we die.... we live here on earth to love god and each other and have a great life fulled with joy under his blessings..... after this life u're beliefs and works decides where u're going to..... tc ....
