pull on it real hard, there held in with large plastic detents.
pull slightly sideways
it will come out NO NOT REALLY HER YA GO !

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the console armrest mounting access covers from the right and left sides of the console panel.
2. Remove two bolts from each side of the console panel which are located behind the console armrest mounting access covers.
3. Remove the front seat center armrest.
4. To install, follow removal steps in reverse order. Tighten bolts to 9-14 N.m (80-124 lb-in)

1. Raise console armrest to full open position.
2. Remove four screws retaining the digital audio compartment (if equipped).
3. Remove one screw from the armrest bracket and remove armrest.
4. To install, follow removal steps in reverse order.

i own a repair shop,and i have took them out before,i think there's 2 bolts one on each side of it that helps hold it to the stand that its mounted on,you have to lean the seat forward to get them out, hope i told you right ,good luck i hope this help,s.
