My guess, is that it's "Oh, Babe, What Would You Say", by Hurricane Smith, released in '72.

I have no real clue,,,sorry. So many songs borrow or have similar lyrics.
Actually I only came here to mention that in conjunction with your yahoo name, I most enjoyed much of "Trains" offerings to the music world.

I think it's called "YOU JUST DON'T LOVE ME NO MORE". I don't remember who sings it though.
