Companies nowdays like to see progression. If you dont have any background in IT then a paper MCSE is not worth that much. It may get you to a interview but without the experience to back it up many will overlook you.

Start with a CompTIA exam A+ followed by either N+ or Security+ the last 2 can be used as electives for the MCSE 2003 exam.

Ultimately though your looking at 2+ years experience with at least 1 MCP under your belt for most companies to raise an eyebrow.

Depending on what you want to do once you have finished but generally if hardware is something that you are interested in then something along the lines of Cisco CCNE or CCNA are very well received in industry and a good qualifaction to have.

your inability to use the spell check function or type in correct english will make employers choose another applicant that can type in correct english and /or use a spell checker if you make typographical errors - I make typos all the time I correct them if i'm looking for work, you did not do this, english bieng a 2nd language is no excuse for not using the spell checker it is indeed a reason to use it
