Fox superstar Bill O'Reilly is running neck-and-neck with Washington Post editor Bob Woodward as the two vie for top spot on the New York Times list of nonfiction best sellers.

In the Time's list published this past Sunday, Woodward's Bush-bashing book, "State of Denial," came in as No. 1, with O'Reilly's "Culture Warrior" close on Woodward's heels in the No. 2 spot.

Last week, "Culture Warrior" was No. 1 and will take the No.1 slot
yet again!

The Times has reviewed Woodward's book positively.

But so far the paper stubbornly refuses to review O'Reilly's books.

The New York Times has fallen so low on the ethical journalism scale, that it is actually embarrasing!

They are so Far Left Wing Radical ACLU Supporting, that their readership has dropped 38% in the last year alone...instead or reporting the hard News...they fabricate it !!

Refusing to Review Mr O'Reillys Best Sellers books is symptomatic of the "control" they attempt to exert over the public.

Why?

It never ceases to amaze me that all the obvious "Liberal" responses herein recorded all resort to "Name Calling, "Character assasinations/denigration", and Insults"!

Liberals just "don't", "won't", "can't" engage in a debate or "dialog"?

It's amazing just read these replies herein...Amazing!

I just asked a straight-foward statement/question why a Newspaper that reports an Author as a Best Seller 4 times for all 4 of his books and does not interview him ... or Review any of them and is questioned "why" ... prompts these personal attacks on my person and his?

That's Facism!

Because Woodward's book is a journalistic work. O'Reilly's is populist tripe with no foundation in reality, designed to exploit a market comprised of frightened, naive, poorly informed sycophants with a limited understanding of the history and culture of the country.

To compare the two is like comparing Meet the Press to America's Funniest Home Videos.

As for the Times's decline in circulation, if you choose to actually check a fact rather than accept ahything you're told, you would discover that all newspapers are experiencing similar declines due to online competition.

You might also want to check into the drastic decline in O'Reilly's ratings and the number of stations carrying his radio show over the last year.

One reason is that they do not want a book that goes against what they believe.
Secondly the American Communist League Union, my thoughts about them, do not want the facts know or put out there so they try to inforce what they want on people.
Lastly why worry about a paper that has lost alot of their circulation that they are going down hill even farther.

I dont know, but they also igorned "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man" by John Perkins, which was on the best seller list FOREVER and not a word was said anywhere. It just proves that there are SOME of us who dont go by their critics & think for ourselves.
