I am a bit worried about a friend of mine. She was diagnosed 3 mnths ago, as being HIV positive. She said that as her CD count was over 1200 she didnt have to have any treatment. I would have thought, that they would have started her on ARV immediately, so that she didnt get worse. I am not too clued up on this subject. Please help.
