I want to get out of a conract with agent. 2nd contract and she didn't get the deposit. Deal is falling thru.

How hard will it be to get out. This is driving me crazy.

Talk to the broker first. He or she is the one with the power to dissolve the agreement. You need to give the broker the chance to put things right.
