Yes, they will save your sanity, but buy the target or wal-mart brand, cuz they give you twice as much, cost half as less, contain the exact same thing, and aren't bright pink so they won't stain baby's clothes.

Yes. They were a lifesaver for both of my children (now age 9 and 6). Warm baths, massaging their back in a downward motion, exercising their legs so that they learn to put resistance against you with their legs, and frequent burping (halfway through the meal, and again when finished) will all help those mylicon drops work more effectively. The store brand works just as well because you will see that it contains the same amount of the same active ingredient. As she grows and is able to move around more, she will be able to pass this gas on her own.

First of all when you are feeding the baby make sure you are holding them up. Like in a sitting position not laying down this will help them from getting gas. The mylicon drops do work from what I have heard. But I used to lay my boys down and push their legs up to their belly. Not hard but gently putting them in the fetal position it helped a little. But defiantly work on the feeding techniques, that is the main thing. Oh yea and keep the bottle up too so no air gets in.

Yes, it does work. This is the only thing that I know works. You can get the generic brand instead. It has the same ingredients as the Mylicon brand too.
Here is the name of the generic brand:
GENERIC NAME: simethicone
BRAND NAME: Phazyme; Flatulex; Mylicon; Gas-X; Mylanta Gas
DRUG CLASS AND MECHANISM: Simethicone is an anti-gas (anti-flatulence) medication. It acts in the stomach and intestines to change the surface tension of gas bubbles, enabling smaller bubbles to join together into bigger bubbles. In this way it is believed that gas can be eliminated more easily by belching or passing flatus. Simethicone was approved by the FDA in 1952.
GENERIC AVAILABLE: yes
PRESCRIPTION: no
PREPARATIONS: Liquid drops: 40 mg per 0.6 ml. Chewable tablets: 40mg, 80mg, 125mg. Tablets: 60mg, 95mg. Capsules: 125mg.

I cannot tell you that (as I am in the USA). Another name for mylicon is SIMETHICONE which you can usually find in a "store/generic " brand MUCH cheaper. There are other similar medications on the market. I am sure that you will be able to find something!

Yes they do, and you can't really over dose your baby with Mylicon. You can give it to them every 30 minutes or so until it kicks in and takes the gas away. I can't even tell you how many bottles of that I went through with my daughter...

Yes! My son was colicky for the first 3 months and we tried everything. The doctor finally prescribed mylicon drops and he slept through the night that night. It was a life safer!
