Check out some of the timeshare location like Signature behind MGM Grand or the Grand at Henderson. They have very nice suites with balconies and jetted tubs.

I would check out a time share facility. You can also try the Westgate Flamingo Bay at TripAdvisors.com

Check in Henderson instead of LV. It's a suburb of LV, less hubbub/rat race, and cheaper housing.
