When yoi click download, look at to of your screen under your addreass bar for a massage saying it is bloking active x something. Do a right click on the bar and select alow active x to run.

Go to your add/remove programs and see if you have an old version installed. First remove that. Then go to www.adobe.com and click link to install flash player. Then watch out for the small security warning that pops up warning you that an active X file is installing. You should see the Adobe flash Player animation twirling in no time at all.

when your at the site go to support and then look for how to uninstall run that reboot then go back and reinstall. becarefull of register cleaners and or tools thats probably what happened
