In my opinion J K Rowling is one of the most successful female writer of all times. She wrote the whole stories in pub because it was the only place were she found heat for her and her baby. She was poor and one day she say I will start to write. She did not know that she will become as famous as Agatha Christie.
What she did is marvelous because if you take away all the merchandising you find an army of children reading a books. In 26 but I had a real pleasure to read H P. In a time where children love video games, MTV, Mp3 it is hard to give them a single book.
She create too an universe where school is hard and only who work have a reward. A world where friendship, loyalty, love, team work is above hatred, war and selfish attitude.
She gave us the anger to read and take time to imagine.

Well that's weird that your teacher wants a better answer..
How much did you actually write? The 2 paragraphs? Why DO you find her interesting, and like her books? Surely you know the reasons better than us..?

You could say that you find her very inspirational because she made a lot of people pick up books for the first time or start reading again.
You could say that there was a lot of hype about her and her writings, and for once the books lived up to it.

That's not my personal view. I don't like J.K but you could try saying that lol

Your problem is you do not explain WHY you find her interesting and WHY you like her books. If you were to give some specific examples as to why you find her interesting and why you happen to like her books (refer to specific books you have read by her and why you like them) you will be fine.. If you do this, I think your teacher will be pleased. What she is trying to do is to get you to support (with specific references to your reading) your point of view. Opinions are fine, but unless they are backed by specific examples, the opinions are not good ones. I hope this helps.
