First of all, it's English Grammar not english grammer.

First learn spelling, then pronunciation and the last but not the least, GRAMMAR. Join a English Teaching Institution. These days, British Council recognised institutions are teaching in proper way. In some, Cities, their own classes are being run. Contact them.

Listen to some spoken English and then try to say it back, or try singing along to English songs.
Then start learning how to pronounce common letter combinations used in English words ("ch", "qu", "sh", "th", "tion", "wh", etc), and learn how these individual sounds are combined to produce complete words.
