We will never be wipped off the earth. God has promised that mankind will inhabit the earth forever Psalms 37:29
What is leaving however is fortold in Matthew 24:37-saying as in the days of noah when the earth was destroyed. The earth it's self wasn't destroyed only the bad people on it.

What makes you sure we came after dinosaurs? What makes you sure there aren't dinosaurs still around?
But if we were after dinosaurs, and then we go away, I'd say cockroaches or some kind of spider.
