Pretty much anywhere. Do a web search for green shoes. I'm wearing green shoes right now. $29.50 from Land's End catalog. They look like sneakers, feel like the most comfortable sandals, and you can wear them in the water. Although why I'd want to do that, I don't know. That's just what the catalog told me!

Everywhere has green shoes at the moment, try zara or river island if all else fails i got a nice pair from ebay.

I found a pair from Barratts the other day :) very nice court heels. good luck!
ps. there are many shops that store these, Topshop in London is the biggest shoe shop I have seen!!
