I made a baking soda paste but now he has to go to work. What can he do if it starts to bother him at work?

As long as he doesn't develope any difficulty breathing he will be fine, the pain should fade pretty quickly, especialy if he is active at work and keeps his circulation moving to flush away the venom.

Antihistamines make you sleepy. You need to make sure you got the stinger out. That is were the "poison" is located. That is a wasps means of self defence.

I was just stung yesterday in my belly of all places.....I iced it for a long time. Also the only cream I had at my house was diaper rash cream, and it worked pretty well. I feel his pain!!
