Ok, boil water in a tea kettle and pour and soak - if that doesn't work try this product: Dawn Power Dissolver it comes in a dark blue spray bottle fairly cheep at about 3 dollars. We used this to get hardened baked on greese off of our turkey frier. Use it on your stove top for that stuff that gets baked on near the burners - it works awsome. It is miracle working at getting off baked on grease or other stubborn baked on foods. Good luck.

I would fill it with water then put it back in the oven on the highest temp you can. Once the water boils it will soften up the pumpkin so it's easier to scrub. If this doesn't work then try oven cleaner. I use it for my indoor grill. It works great.

Boil water, add cream of tartar, let it soak. When cool enough to handle, should be able to scrape or scrub it off. Bet the tarts were wonderful!
