you start from under your arm pit and more round feeling under your breast and up and over the top, you need to press hard enough to feel the tissue under neath.

Contact your local American Cancer Society and they will mail you a breast exam shower card that hangs in the shower and gives you an illustration of how to do self breast exam. Good luck to you. and God bless

There are pamphlet's and all kinds of literature available at Planned Parenthood. Also a plethora of printed information available at your Dr's office. All you need to do is ask. Most have picture illustrations, and are easy to follow. TXnewSW
