whem i try to open orkut,another website called HI5 gets opened?

i tried changing the privacy settings to low but it does not work.i tried everything from allowing websites for setting up cookies,deleting temp internet files.also changed my browser from IE to firefox.
when trying to open other links of the site i get an error.

Well, you have tried most of the basic troubleshooting steps. I think it is not a browser problem since firsfox also opens up hi5. FYI, Hi5 is a friends community just like orkut.

The obvious reason would be that this site is blocked by the client side server. Try typing "https://", with an "s" after the http.. this is for secure sites. Have you tried adding orkut to the list of trusted sites??

Check if your firewall is blocking orkut also. You could try disabling the firewall first.
