I am 17 and don't have my permit yet......do i have to take nay classes......when can i get my license in the state of CT?

you can just have a valid driver take you to the DMV and you can wait in line for the permit.. althought i dont know about CT driving age limit, i think you will have to wait till your 18 to get your license.. if not you just ask DMV when your there and see if your state is 16 or 18, and whatever they tell you you can get your permit or just go for your licese if your ready for it!!! no classes needed for any of it!

In flordia you have to have to take a drivers ed class then hold your permit for a year. then you can go down and get your drivers license.

The most important thing to do is feel confident and comfortable when driving a car. Not immortal, because you are in control of death incarnate in the form of more than a ton of metal and glass. I was terrified for the first 3 months I drove a car, because in my driver's ed class they showed me the 'Blood Runs Red on the Highway' movie.

in virginia you have to take drivers ed and then behind the wheel if your under 19 if you over 19 i think you can go to the DMV and get it
