My Breast is paining, what is the relief measures to be taken for this as the milk flow is also reduced?

you have keep her nursing or they will hurt even more
Stand in a warm shower and let the water hit you breast and it should relive some of the pain
if you nipples are sore the there is this cream @ the drug store and it easies the soreness

Keep encouraging her to nurse. Get rid of the milk yourself to keep the flow going.. buy a breatpump. DONT GIVE HER ANY BOTTLES.... i am going to assume that giving her bottles is what did this.

there is nothing wrong..you probebly need some guidance with the breast feeding..don't give up..actually you should make an appt with the lactation specialist..insurance pays for it..and they will teach you..they did teach me..and i was so happy...
