How to make my stomach flat
If you want to make your stomach flat, then you need to follow a proper exercise, diet schedule and get sufficient sleep. You need to get the right proteins, carbohydrates, fibers and vitamins daily in your diet. There is no magical formula to make the tummy flat; exercise and hard work is the only way to make your tummy flat.
Diet:·
Intake Low carb diet·
Do not consume foods high in sugar content·
If possible do not eat junk food. If you need to eat junk food , consume less ·
Eat low fat food and avoid fried foods·
Drink fruit juices and plenty of water·
Eat lots of green leafy vegetable and fruits
Exercise: Jogging is the best exercise to start with. You need to jog for at least 20 minutes before you start doing the tummy exercises. Tummy crunch or sit ups is the best exercise for your stomach. Do the tummy crunch in different variations. The more the repetitions, the more strength for your tummy muscles. Swimming is also a good exercise for the whole body. Some yoga poses also help in strengthening the upper and lower part of the tummy and also increase the flexibility of the stomach muscles. Sleep: Sleep is a necessity for rest, relaxation and recuperation. You need to get a good sleep, to recharge your muscles after a workout. On an average an adult needs around 8 hours of sleep. If you rest for fewer hours, the risk of becoming overweight increases.

eat 1000 calories a day, eat every four hours.... drink lots of water, take a daily vitamin, walk 30 minutes a day.. buy some yoga tapes (pilates or aerobics) PAMPER yourself... make a schedule and stick to it... you will lose a pound or two a week and by summer time be looking so fine in that bikini
Your diet will consist of very little fat or oil, one deck of cards sized portion of a lean meat per day... much low cal veggies... hardly and bread.... no sweets no wine no alcohol no po... diet is OKAY but it is high in sodium... there are only 2 diet drinks with no sodium and you will have to investigate (diet rite and one other I cant recall the name) drink tea with lemon when hungry...

cucumbers & salads are good tummy fillers without adding weight
brisk walk, jogging & free hand excercise every morning religiously
swimming & cycling even better
galons of water . . .

-Change to Diet Soda
-Clear all junk food out of your house
-Eat less calories
-Walk after dinner
-Don't eat anything after Dinner
-Eat better food, more veggies fruits and lean meats
-Do cardio every day, like jumprope
-Try to swim as much as possible
-Drink more water

You can't LOSE weight until you learn to spell.
(P.S. Colon cleansing is useless and unnecessary.)
Eat less, exercise more. The only way to lose weight.

weightwatchers, weightwatchers, weightwatchers! worked for me went from size 18 to 10 (uk), lost 3 stone. Do it! Good luck
