Ocean Atmosphere Dynamics. The global climate is influenced by the interaction of the energy from the Sun, the gravitational influence from the moon, and the rotational effect of the Earth. Those three things determine the dynamics of the atmoshpere and the ocean which intimately influence each other. Anything that humans do to alter the way the atmoshere and the ocean respond to the Earth, Moon and Sun will have an effect on the climate. Mostly, the chemical composition of the atmoshere can be affected by Human technology which will alter the way the atmoshere reacts to the energy recieved from the Sun but that will also affect the dynamics of the ocean.
