How do I add members to my team?

there are several requirements to recruit.
obviously, you need the area they live in.
then, it helps if you are higher level.
the leader of the group needs to do the last attack, and be next to them
even then, it's only a CHANCE that they'll be recruited
after they join you, you need to keep them alive til you leave the dungeon, in order to keep them

when you get to a new floor, push B, go to "other" at the bottom, then the second option from the bottom, will tell you what pokemon on that floor you can recruit

by accepting jobs and if you finish them, usually you will get a friend,but you have to buy a friend area for your new friend to live in
