When you go to print, it will ask what size paper you are using, set to custom and type in the size you need, you will have to stick the paper together to get the right size.

First off, does your printer have the capacity to print something poster sized? If not, you will have to divide your picture into sections and tape the sections together.
If you are open to another option, try Snapfish.com. THey do great work.

unless you have a printer that can print large sheets of paper, you're going to have to print out one section at a time, or bring your files to a kinkos and have them print it.
