Try to break it up with a smile and hi sometimes, skipping the wave.
She should feel lucky that in a world of back stabbers and rude people, there is a refreshing and sincere morning greeting, but just in case, it may help to shake up the routine a bit.

It would be strange if someone gets annoyed at being greeted in the morning. I would say its alright unless she sighs and rolls her eyes every time you wave to her. Then she is annoyed...
If she really is annoyed and she lets you know... just ignore her. but if she doesn't let you know... Its not your problem to ask because greeting people is what people do....:)

I don't think waving hello to anyone would be perceived as annoying. You are being polite. If she does take offence, she's got issues. (By the way, I am assuming you work there as well ;-) )

I don't think anyone but you and her can answer that. You tell me, whats her reaction when you wave, that should say it all. The proof is in the pooding..

Does she look annoyed? Does she wave or smile back? Take your clue from her response. If it's negative then, stop.
