Call your District Attorney's office (both state and federal). They will tell where to go and what to do. You can find telephone numbers for these offices in the government section of a telephone book.

first of all it will be she said - he said to avoid this problem get this person on tape. radio shack sells pens and very small recorders. and let this person hang its self with its own word. take the recording to his or hers supervisor. good luck and I hope this person get what they have coming to them
