Missionary style and doggie style are the best way to get pregnant it puts the sperm closer to the egg. After the man ejaculates the woman should stay laying down with legs propped up for 1/2. Gravity will help the sperm get to where they need to go. Good luck

I laugh everytime I read someone giving advice to prop up your legs and hips. That is such a myth and causes the sperm to gather at the cervix making it longer for the little guys to swim where they need to be and let's face it they have a tough enough time as it is. As for positions the best one is doggy style. It allows the sperm to be placed closer to the uterus. You should lie still for about 10 - 15 minutes but you DO NOT have to raise your legs or your hips. The sperm know exactly where to go and once he ejaculates in you he releases the sperm and they start their journey towards the fallopian tubes to the egg. Well, missionary and dogstyle are the best positions because the sperm have a clear passage to the egg. Any position with the woman on top is not good because the semen will leak out.

The only piece of advice I recieved relating to sex possition and conception is that the woman should not be on top. With gravity the sperm may have a hard time swimming up to their destination. Also, after sex, you should sit with your legs elavated for a while. It will help guide those swimmers.

In truth that is a myth. The ability for the sperm to get up in there is more determined by the mucus in the vagina that gravity, I mean how much gravity is there really on a single sperm cell?

i'm undecided how precise that's... yet, I even have heard that the sperm that create women human beings stay longer, yet swim slower, and the boys swim swifter yet do no longer stay as long. some human beings say that the positions could make a distinction. once you're able the place the penis can pass in very deep then the swifter sperm (male) will attain the egg swifter. The woman should be on bottom and should lay with her hips elevated for 20-30 minutes afterwards. I did this but it never worked but it can't hurt right?
