If a friend's hotmail cant receive mail due to 2 much email, will I be got notice if my email isnt received?

no, your email was sent fine, but your friend must clear some of the emails he/she has the inbox to clear some space, so that they can recieve your email.

I have had this problem and have to use messenger to send a note to clear their box. No, they will never see anything, it just kick it back to you.
