I was born in Eastern Europe and now I live in Canada. When I recently visited home, I tried to contact the hospital where I was born to see if anyone can give me any info regarding the time I was born but it was absolutely not possible. Since my mom doesn't remeber and there are no official papers stating that, HOW can I ever find that out? I should mention that I am curious about this information since I would like to figure out my rising sun, etc (astrology stuff). If anyone can help me, I will be forever thankfull. I am trying to figure this out for several years now. Many thanks in advance!

it might be on your birth certificate. you should know, however, that the position of the stars in the sky today is different from the position they held in the sky when astrology was created. so, it's off, it's not accurate (if it ever was.) in other words, there's no good reason to get that information because your stars were not arranged the way they were thousands of years ago.

astrology is bunk.
