i have a clicking noise from my passenger side front wheel, i recently had my car MOTd and although it passed i was told that i needed to replace the wish bone, does anyone know the approx cost for getting this replaced

About £60 for the part. A decent local garage should fit it for £30 - £40 or so. You'll need the tracking done afterwards, say about £20. Total maximum should be £120 or so.
Also, are you sure the clicking is a wishbone? Who told you that?
It usually indicates a worn CV joint (outer).
Wishbones knock on bumps , CV joints click on full lock turns etc.
Either way, if you get it correctly assessed, same price for both jobs.

Not that expensive £75 to £100 parts and labour but get a garage to do it if it is not done right it could be dangerous
