It happened tdo me when my daughter was 19 months or so and I hadn't been breastfeeding since she was about 3 months old. I was told this is normal.
I don't want to get into details about how I know this, but let's just say my husband finally knows what breast milk tastes like, ha ha.

Occasionally, a pill (or even manual manipulation) can stimulate milk production.
Although women do secrete breast milk during and after pregnancy, many women experience a nipple discharge at other times in their lives. Nipple discharge can be normal, especially if your nipples are being stimulated frequently.

Some women produce milk regularly even when they are not nursing, so it is not really unusual. Since your son is still young, your hormones may still be reacting to him, and sex probably stimulated the production, especially if your husband likes to suck on your breasts.
